BwP has been asked where we get our authority to score the assessment tests using our own scoring algorithm and even create new insights come from?  Is what we do evidence based?  Validated by academics?  How can we be so arrogant?

BwP starts with the tools themselves.  In one sense they are evidence based and validated.  In another sense they are overly simple, obsolete or stale by age and technology.

PARS doesn't really invent anything new... all our insights are calculations a coach can do with a pencil, calculator and paper.  PARS just provides fresh eyes in looking at the PDQ, FAB, TUG & S2S data and asks what does it all mean?

We use Coach Intelligence to determine if the insight is valuable to a coach and we use Boxer Common Sense to ask if the boxer learns anything from it.  Today, all the current insights are of value to both coach and boxer.  As we move forward, some new insights might be of value to only a coach and some insights might be of value only to the boxer.

If PARS serves the coach/boxer relationship, the PARS is a winner.
